Red Dragon Welsh Rarebit

Ingredients

150g Somerdale Red Dragon
50g fresh breadcrumbs
75g plain flour
100g semi skimmed milk
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
Splash of Worcester Sauce
1 tsp of mustard powder

Method

  1. Heat the Red Dragon and the milk together.

  2. Mix with all the other ingredients in a food processor.

  3. The resulting mixture can be used straight away or rolled between 2 pieces of greaseproof paper and stored as sheets in the freezer, ready to cook on toast, fish or meat as required.
